(NYSE: PBF) today announced that its indirect subsidiary, PBF Logistics LP ("PBF Logistics"), delivered a notice of full redemption of all of the $525 million in aggregate principal amount outstanding of its 6.875% Senior Notes due 2023 (the "Notes") issued by PBF Logistics and PBF Logistics Finance Corporation. The Notes will be redeemed on February 3, 2023 at a redemption price of 100%, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the date of redemption. Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas is the trustee for the Notes and is serving as the paying agent for the full redemption.
